EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY
1. Products Purchased Online
For items purchased through our website, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unworn, free from scratches or damage, and in their original packaging.
Custom-made, engraved, altered, resized, or sale items are excluded.
Documentation:
Returns must include proof of purchase and a shipment confirmation dated within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping fees when returning items.
2. Products Purchased In-Store
For items purchased in-store, we offer exchanges within 3 days of purchase under these conditions:
Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unworn, free from scratches or damage, and in their original packaging.
Custom-made, engraved, altered, resized, or sale items are excluded.
Exchange Shipping Costs:
If the exchange requires shipping, we will cover the shipping fees.
3. Important Notes
One Exchange Opportunity Per Product:
We offer only one exchange opportunity per product, whether purchased online or in-store.
Shipping Costs:
Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
For exchanges, shipping costs will be covered by us.
No Refund for Change of Mind: As per VIC Customer Affairs guidelines, refunds are only provided in cases of manufacturing faults.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED
• Coloured gemstones and their replacements are not covered under this warranty.
• Any damage caused by excessive force, impact, or misuse, resulting in chipped or lost gemstones, will not be covered.• Repairs or adjustments made by unauthorised service providers will void the warranty.
• General wear and tear, scratches, and dents that do not affect the structural integrity of the jewellery.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
• Safely store your original receipt, as it serves as your proof of purchase and warranty document.
• Inspect your jewellery regularly to ensure prongs are secure and gemstones are not loose. For any concerns, contact us at jewellery@purplemay.com.au
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
1. You can visit your nearest store (CBD Store or The Glen Store) to make a claim. Please bring your jewellery along with proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or a bank statement.
2. Alternatively, contact our customer service team or email us at jewellery@purplemay.com.au with details of the issue and proof of purchase.
3. If you cannot visit a store, return the jewellery to us via registered mail for inspection. Please note that shipping costs are borne by the customer.
4. Once the assessment is complete, we will provide you with an update and confirm the repair/replacement outcome.
