Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for all orders within Australia and for international standard delivery.

Australia: Local orders are processed and shipped via Australia Post, typically arriving within 1–2 business days.

International: Standard international delivery is provided via Australia Post, with an estimated delivery time of 10–20 days. If Australia Post cannot deliver to your location, we will arrange an alternative paid shipping service. Please contact us for further details.

Note: PurpleMay Jewellery does not ship to U.S. APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are made to order and processed within 7–10 business days.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience slight delays. We kindly ask for your patience and recommend allowing extra time for transit. If there are significant delays, we will notify you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

PurpleMay Jewellery is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may apply to your order.

Any charges incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (e.g., tariffs, taxes).

Damages

PurpleMay Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Ensure you save all packaging materials and the damaged items when filing your claim.
